&lt;br/&gt;I just started a tribe dedicated to all that unusual things one can do with an acoustic or electric guitar,
&lt;br/&gt;from different techniques to different aesthetic approaches to physical adjuncts to the guitar
&lt;br/&gt;to innovators from the past and innovators in the future of this instrument.

&lt;br/&gt;probably not for the weeedala weeedala weeedala shred set, necessarily , if you know what I mean
&lt;br/&gt;though I don't ever want to be exclusive about creativity.

I can't play fast and never could. I don't want to be a speed demon but I like jazz and wish I could play lovely long flowing lines of a Benson variety. If you can do it what can I do to do it like you?&lt;/div&gt;

    <summary type="html">&lt;div&gt;I used to tune the guitar down half a step so that keys one might typically gravitate towards on guitar (E, A,..) would be flatted and have sort of a unique vibe. the somewhat lower degree of string tension also gave things a different sound.

&lt;br/&gt;I am happy to announce that my new solo album has been released by the US label "New Albion"!
&lt;br/&gt;

&lt;br/&gt;This is an album of "solo acoustic guitar and live electronics". The whole album was recorded in real-time without any overdubs. I played the acoustic guitar and controlled the live electronics at the same time.

&lt;br/&gt;During the making of this album, Ovation Custom Legend 1869 acoustic guitar, TC Electronic Fireworx multi effects processor, Behringer FCB1010 midi foot controller and the software Audiomulch were used.

&lt;br/&gt;I'll get some pics up soon of my pedalboard cuz I'm dying for critique about the order of my effects.  There may be a better way of achieving "the tone".  What's your setup?   What type(s) of music do you play?

&lt;br/&gt;Here is a partial list of all the things I do while playing guitar...or I play guitar while doing:
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Watching TV, watching movies, talking on the phone, holding conversations, browsing the net, etc...
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;If I am home, I almost always have a guitar in my hands.&lt;/div&gt;
